Day 4

Graeme shoots 2-over 72 in round four of the RSM Classic.

Graeme hit 11 of 18 greens in regulation during his final round at the RSM Classic, finishing at 2 under for the tournament. Graeme finished his day tied for 59th at 2 under; Kevin Kisner and Robert Streb are tied for 1st at 19 under; Cameron Tringale is in 3rd at 18 under; and Andrew Landry and Bernd Wiesberger are tied for 4th at 17 under.

On the 418-yard par-4 10th hole, Graeme reached the green in 2 and sunk a 15-foot putt for birdie. This moved Graeme to 1 under for the round.

After a drive to the native area on the 408-yard par-4 13th hole, Graeme had a 131 yard approach shot, setting himself up for the bogey. This moved Graeme to even for the round.

After a drive to the right intermediate rough on the 442-yard par-4 14th, Graeme took a drop on his second. He finished by getting his third shot onto the green and one putted for par. This left McDowell at even-par for the round.

On the 192-yard par-3 17th, Graeme’s tee shot went 189 yards to the right side of the fairway and his chip went 17 yards to the green where he rolled a two-putt for bogey. This moved him to 1 over for the round.

On the 470-yard par-4 18th, Graeme had a double bogey after hitting the green in 4 and two putting, moving Graeme to 3 over for the round.

Graeme got a bogey on the 368-yard par-4 eighth, getting on the green in 4 and one putting, moving Graeme to 2 over for the round.

Day 3

Graeme McDowell finishes with Even-par 70 in third round of the RSM Classic.

In his third round at the RSM Classic, Graeme hit 13 of 14 fairways and 11 of 18 greens in regulation, finishing at 4 under for the tournament. Graeme finished his day tied for 49th at 4 under; Robert Streb is in 1st at 17 under; Zach Johnson and Bronson Burgoon are tied for 2nd at 14 under; and Emiliano Grillo is in 4th at 13 under.

On the par-4 13th, McDowell’s 126 yard approach to 6 feet set himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Graeme to 1 under for the round.

After a 291 yard drive on the 565-yard par-5 15th, McDowell chipped his third shot to 2 feet, which he rolled for one-putt birdie on the hole. This moved Graeme to 2 under for the round.

On the 192-yard par-3 17th, Graeme tee shot went 186 yards to the left intermediate rough, his second shot went 13 yards to the left side of the fairway, and his chip went 9 yards to the green where he 2 putted for double bogey. This moved him to even-par for the round.

After hitting his tee shot into the fairway bunker, Graeme hit his next to the left side of the fairway and reached the green on his third shot, rolling a two-putt bogey on the 415-yard par-4 second. This moved Graeme to 1 over for the round.

McDowell got a bogey on the 429-yard par-4 fourth, getting on the green in 3 and two putting, moving Graeme to 2 over for the round.

On the 582-yard par-5 seventh, Graeme reached the green in 3 and sunk a 30-foot putt for birdie. This put Graeme at 1 over for the round.

On the 368-yard par-4 eighth hole, Graeme reached the green in 2 and sunk a 17-foot putt for birdie. This moved Graeme to even for the round

Day 2

Graeme putts well in round two of the RSM Classic.

In his second round at the RSM Classic, Graeme hit 10 of 14 fairways and 16 of 18 greens in regulation, and had a great day on the green leaving no misses on putts within 10 feet. McDowell finished his day tied for 42nd at 4 under; Robert Streb is in 1st at 14 under; Camilo Villegas is in 2nd at 12 under; and Bronson Burgoon and Patton Kizzire are tied for 3rd at 11 under.

On the par-4 10th, Graeme 158 yard approach to 11 feet set himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved Graeme to 1 under for the round.

After a drive to the left side of the fairway on the 565-yard par-5 15th hole, Graeme hit an approach shot from 218 yards to 13 feet, setting himself up for the birdie on the hole. This moved McDowell to 2 under for the round.

Day 1

Graeme got off to a solid start at the RSM Classic in St Simons Island, Georgia.

The Rathmore man shot a two-under-par 68 in his opening round at Sea Island GC to leave him five shots off the early lead held by England’s Matt Wallace and Colombia’s Camilo Villegas.

After missing the cut by one stroke at Augusta last week, McDowell would have hoped to start strongly this week in response, and he did so with a birdie on his opening hole.

The World No.69 dropped a shot at the following hole and then cancelled out a bogey at the sixth with a birdie on the 10th, before ensuring he’d finish under par with another two birdies to close at the 15th and 18th.
